USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking a Course
Open to members and non-members over the age of 16.

For ICA Group Bookings
Deposits should arrive from the organiser three months prior to the course date and the balance settled four weeks in advance of arrival date.

For Individual Bookings
Deposits should be paid immediately and the balance settled four weeks in advance of arrival date.

Mid-Week Monday – Friday Courses
Registration takes place from 4pm on Monday with high tea served at 5.30 p.m. Visitors depart on Friday after breakfast.

Weekend Courses
Registration takes place from 4p.m on Friday with high tea served at 5.30 p.m. Visitors depart on Sunday after lunch

Short Break
Registration takes place at 4 p.m on first day of course with high tea served at 5.30 p.m. Fees: Various, see programme dates for details.

One Day Demonstrations
Visitors arrive at the college by 10.30 a.m. Fees: Various. See programmed dates.

Diets
Every effort is made to cater for special diets. Please forward details of requirements at least one week prior to arrival.
Note: All courses are subject to sufficient numbers attending.

Disability/Mobility
In cases where students cannot look after themselves, we do ask that they are accompanied at all times by a member of the family or a friend to provide help. We are unable to provide care or nursing assistance.

How to apply
Please telephone the office at 041 9822119 to check availability. If your course if available, a deposit will be required immediately. The balance of fee is payable four weeks before the course starts. On receipt of your deposit, a booking confirmation letter will be sent out along with details of course requirements.
