ICA COOKERY BOOK

ICA has engaged Gill & McMillan to produce an ICA Cookery Book which will sell for Christmas 2012.  Every member is offered the opportunity of having their special/unique/family recipe included in this prestigious production.  The cookbook will be professionally produced and will be hard backed and is anticipated to be a big seller for the Christmas market 2012.  We are looking to include the best 40 starters, 40 Main Courses and 40 Deserts.

As a result of the success of Bootcamp we may also include a small cheap cuts section (as seen on Bootcamp).  If you would like to get involved and help us make this the best ICA Cookbook ever, please send your starter or main course or desert recipe to Liz Wall, National Secretary c/o Central Office, 58 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

The production of this book is seen as part of the Strategy for re-establishing ICA at the fore front of traditional values across Ireland.

See attached Licence which every contributor would need to sign to ensure that it is an original/traditional recipe.  ICA will retain the right to all contributed recipes and will not convey this right to the publisher Gill & McMillan.

Regards

Liz Wall
