Welcome to Limerick Federation

There are currently 27guilds throughout Limerick city and county the oldest being Knockcarron which was founded in 1925.

All of these guilds, with a combined membership of 550 approx., meet on a monthly basis. While organising and partaking in activities such as art, crafts, yoga, computer classes, cursaí gaeilge, historical outings, leisure walking etc. there is also time allocated to discuss women's views, to provide women with opportunities for personal development, mutual support, education and information, and issues that are fundamental to the provision of equality for women in Irish society today.

The current Federation President is Mary Moloney a member of Drombanna Guild.
