March 24th - Launch by An Post of ICA Centenary Postage Stamp

To celebrate the centenary of the ICA, An Post launched a new 55c postage stamp at the GPO on Wednesday 24th March. The stamp is available from main Post Offices, at www.irishstamps.ie or from the Philatelic Shop, GPO, Dublin 1.
May - National Library of Ireland – Display of archival material and discussion on the ICA
There are two activities being planned at the National Library to mark the centenary of the ICA within the Bealtaine Festival. The first is a display of archival material relating to the ICA from the National Library.
May 21st
The second activity which is a lunchtime event on , is a public discussion around the influence of the ICA on Irish society.
May 26th - National AGM
The National AGM will be held in the Woodlands Hotel, Adare, Co Limerick on Wednesday May 26th.
October/November/December
Display of Arts, Crafts and memorabilia in The National Museum, Collins Barracks, Dublin for the last quarter of 2010.
Ecumenical Service
Dec 4th - There will be an Ecumenical Service in Pro Cathedral, Dublin at 3pm.
Special Quilt commissioned for Centenary is now complete and will be on display at centenary events.
Launch of Centenary in St Patricks Hall, Dublin Castle at 7pm on 20th January 2010.
