ICA Work Continuity Plan for Central Office & NEB during Covid-19 Pandemic
(To be reviewed in line with Government Guidance on 29th March)
Overview: The normal work of ICA Central Office will continue during the Covid-19 pandemic: post will be opened/answered, emails responded to, reports finished, accounts maintained, membership updated and virtual member activities organised via Facebook and ICA Websites, including some competitions.
National Executive Board Continuity Plan: Arrangements have been made for NEB meetings to be held via Teleconference hosted for the time being.
Office Continuity Plan: Arrangements have been made for staff members to continue to work remotely from home when not attending the office. Staff have full access to the ICA Shared Computer Drive, documents and Salesforce system while working from home.
