The National Advisory Committee of the Irish Countrywomen’s Association by a majority confirmed that the ICA is taking no position in relation to the vote on referenda articles 41 and 42b.The ICA would encourage all Irish citizens to exercise their democratic right and have their voices heard by voting in the referenda.
