1. – Gempack Baking Competition Competition

The GEMPACK Baking Competition Final will be held in An Grianán on Saturday 14th March.


The competition is for a “Carrot & Pineapple Cake with Coconut” following the attached Edward Haydens Recipe and baked in a 2lb Loaf Tin. One cake per Federation. Proof of Gempack purchases is required at Federation and National Competitions.


The names of the Federation winners must be submitted to National Contest Secretary, May Campbell, Doonameran, Kenagh, Co Longford, N39NX24 by Friday 21st February 2020.


The Federation Winners will be invited to come to An Grianán on Saturday 14th March 2020. Registration of the entries will take place at 10.30am. Tea and coffee at 11am followed by a Cookery Demonstration. All meals, accommodation on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday will be sponsored by GEM PACK. There will be entertainment on the Saturday evening.
