The Countrywomen’s Trust invites tender submissions from interested farming parties for the leasing of Agricultural Land at An Grianán, Termonfeckin, Co. Louth, comprising 6 fields, of approx. 60 Acres 56 Arable.
Description of the Farm
The farm is made up of 6 fields as set out on the attached map (ref. 6 fields hatched in green and outlined in red in attached document). It is noted that arable acres noted are approximate and any tenderer should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the acres and those acres eligible for agricultural purposes.
The land is to be leased for arable crops only and not for animals; it is noted that an An Grianán Adult Education College operates in the centre of the farm, and any tenant must be aware of this.
