ICA – Statement on EGMs
The Irish Countrywomen’s Association (ICA) held two EGMs on Saturday the 18th of November. They were held to allow the members to vote on two motions.
The outcomes of those meetings were as follows:
The vote to restructure the ICA was carried. The ICA will now progress with the necessary legal steps and will notify its members as those actions are progressed.
The vote of ‘no confidence’ in the Board and CEO of the ICA was not carried. The Board of the ICA wishes to reiterate that it has full confidence in our CEO.
